Maxi Transfer offers:
Private transfers
City tours
Airport pick-up transfers
Scheduled services
2. Reservations and confirmation
Reservations are subject to availability.
A deposit or advance payment may be required to confirm the service.
The reservation is confirmed once the deposit is paid (if applicable).
3. Payments
The price will be communicated in advance.
It can be paid in cash, by transfer, or other agreed methods.
4. Cancellations ⚠️ (VERY IMPORTANT)
Cancellations more than [e.g.: 24 hours]: no charge.
Cancellations less than [24 hours]: the deposit may be forfeited.
In case of no-show, the total service fee may be charged.

5. Waiting times
A waiting time of [15–30 minutes] is allowed.
After that time, the service may be considered canceled.
6. Customer responsibility
The customer agrees to:
Provide correct information.
Respect schedules.
Maintain appropriate behavior during the trip.
7. Luggage
Luggage is allowed according to the vehicle contracted.
The customer must inform in advance if carrying additional luggage.
8. Service responsibility
Maxi Transfer is committed to providing a safe and professional service, but is not responsible for:
Delays due to traffic.
Weather conditions.
Road closures or other external causes.
9. Service modifications
Schedule or route changes must be communicated in advance.
They may incur additional costs.
10. Safety
The use of seat belts is mandatory.
Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed.
11. Maxi Transfer reserves the right to refuse or cancel a service in case of non-compliance with the conditions by the client.
